 II. DEVELOPMENT SCHEDULE
      1. Develop Schedule: Approximately 4.5 ~ 6 months.
      2. Working Sample(Cell glass):  Approximately       2 months.
      3. Engineering Samples: Approximately one month after W/S are approved.
      4. Drive IC and Back Light Develop: Approximately 3 Months.
      5. Pilot Product: Dependent upon agreement with customer.
      6. Mass Production:  In accordance to customer PO. 

II. DEVELOPMENT FEE
      Charge NRE / NRT Development fees with customized products.
